Blueberry Scones

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAAs promised, spring baking has arrived in my kitchen.  These blueberry scones were delicious and simple to prepare.  Skim milk rather  sour cream was used to add moisture.  I liked the addition of almond flavouring instead of the lemon flavouring that I normally use.  A  cinnamon, brown sugar, butter topping made them really special.  What are you baking now for spring?
