Wasn’t this long weekend picture perfect? We had three sunny, warm weekend days in a row. What did you get up to?
I spent hours in the kitchen preparing this delectable dessert – NOT!! I didn’t even have to turn on the oven for this one. I used a purchased dark chocolate shell to hold a scoop of Heavenly Hash ice cream. I topped this with fresh, ripe cherries which I had pitted by hand. The chocolate/cherry combination was delicious ….or maybe it was being able to eat it outside. You must try this one. It leaves you lots of time to read cookbooks on a lounge with a cool drink in hand!
